Lovely grand old hotel. Large room, high ceiling sparkling clean bathroom, helpful staff. Great view across roof tops to old city
I am from South Africa and was pleasantly suprised when we arrived at the hotel, despite all the negative reviews!! All staff were friendly and the rooms decorated stylish and clean. Taken into consideration that the hotel is rated as a 3 star, we actually got more than expected. My advise is not to expect a 5 star hotel service when you booked at a 3 star hotel!! Well done to all staff members of Le Terminus, you deserve more stars!!
Beautiful old style hotel. Beautifully decorated and stunning views of Carcassonne Castle (from many rooms). Comfortable and clean. Good location to shops and restaurants. I also noticed (vital didn't use) a room with board games down stairs. I really liked staying there and wish I got to stay more than one night.
Please check before booking if they are still reforming the park in front of it. A person with wheelchair had great difficulties to reach the hotel with those conditions!
A very beautiful old hotel next to the Canal Midi and Train Station. Twenty minute walk to the Old Castle. Very friendly staff, full buffet breakfast with good coffee. Coffee also in the room. Will stay there again. Sally
